The Challenge

Event teams often manage guests, invitation links, QR tickets, and door check-in across separate spreadsheets and chat threads. That creates mistakes at the entrance: duplicated tickets, missing guest status, unclear scan history, and slow manual confirmation when internet or camera conditions are not ideal.

Our Solution

The platform connects event setup, guest management, ticket preview, QR delivery, scanner tools, manual fallback entry, and admin user management into one workflow. A user can move from event creation to guest import, ticket generation, invitation sending, and entrance validation without leaving the system.

Objectives

Build one practical system for creating events, importing guests, generating branded QR tickets, sending invitations, scanning entries, and tracking attendance in a way that an event operator can understand quickly during a busy live event.

Outcomes

The result is a focused event operations system with clear admin screens, guest status tracking, QR ticket previews, scanning tools, and manual verification support for real event conditions.

Challenges

The important challenge was protecting the difference between previewing a ticket and actually sending it, while keeping QR validation simple enough for operators who work under time pressure at the door.

Our Role

JK Software Solutions refined the live PHP/MySQL application, improved ticket delivery behavior, prepared the admin and scanner workflows, and organized the case-study gallery around the real operational screens.
