The Challenge

Sellers who operate on Amazon Saudi Arabia, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol at the same time have to open a separate seller panel for each one. Comparing performance, spotting low stock, or answering a simple question about last month's returns means collecting numbers by hand.

Our Solution

The platform has three parts. A public landing page presents the service. The seller dashboard gives each client an overview, then dedicated pages for sales, orders, products, inventory, returns, promotions, advertising, store comparison, and a report center. Every page can be filtered by store, marketplace, and period, and compares against the previous period of the same length. The administration area lets the operator manage client organizations, users, which stores each user may see, marketplace connections, a sync log, contact requests, and an audit log. The interface is Arabic right-to-left, works on mobile, and supports light and dark themes. Screens that still use sample data say so clearly instead of presenting it as real sales.

Objectives

Show every connected store in one overview with the same date range and filters. Cover the full seller picture: sales, orders, products, inventory, returns, promotions, and advertising. Compare stores and marketplaces side by side. Export reports as PDF and Excel. Give the platform operator an administration area for clients, users, store permissions, connections, and sync history.

Outcomes

The delivered platform includes the public site, a ten-section seller dashboard, and a full administration area, in Arabic with light and dark themes and a mobile layout. The screenshots in this case study use demonstration data.

Challenges

Each marketplace exposes different data with different availability, so the dashboard had to present one consistent set of metrics while being honest about which figures come from a confirmed API and which are still sample data.

Our Role

JK Software Solutions built the product on Next.js and PostgreSQL: the landing page, the seller dashboard, the administration area, the role and store-permission model, a background worker that syncs marketplace data, an encrypted credential vault, and the report exports.
