Saudi ecommerce merchants often need to connect storefront data, checkout behavior, subscription plans, invoicing, and payment operations across multiple services. That creates operational friction when each part of the commerce stack is managed separately.

ProDash Commerce OS organizes merchant onboarding, store records, plans, invoices, QR checkout pages, and integration-ready payment architecture in a single SaaS administration model.
Objectives
Build a merchant operations layer that centralizes stores, orders, subscriptions, checkout routes, invoices, and integration points for Salla, Zid, payment providers, and ZATCA-ready workflows.
Outcomes
The result is an extensible commerce operating system prepared for store integrations, subscriptions, checkout workflows, and invoice automation.
Challenges
The sensitive part is keeping commerce data, invoices, payment states, and third-party integrations consistent while still giving merchants a simple operational dashboard.
