The Challenge

Brokers receive listings and requests as unstructured messages and voice notes. Details get lost between chats, listings go stale without anyone noticing, and sharing a professional-looking advert means rewriting the same information every time.

Our Solution

The platform gives each broker one workspace. Listings can be typed, pasted from a message, or dictated; the AI layer reads the Arabic text and proposes the property fields, which the broker reviews before saving. Each property is placed on a map, photos are organized, and the listing can be shared through a public link that shows only the fields the broker chooses. Message templates for WhatsApp and X are editable, including follow-up messages that ask an owner whether a property is still available. A notification area lists adverts that have passed their update date. Brokers get an account page with statistics, and the operator has a separate platform administration area. The interface is fully Arabic right-to-left and can be installed as a progressive web app.

Objectives

Manage listings and requests with sale, rent, follow-up, and archive states. Extract property fields from Arabic text and voice, and review them before saving. Pin each property on an interactive map. Keep client and owner details with an interaction history. Share listings through safe public links and ready WhatsApp and X templates. Remind the broker when a listing is due for an update.

Outcomes

The platform is deployed in production with listings, requests, map, contacts, sharing, reminders, account statistics, and platform administration, as an installable Arabic web app. The screenshots use a demonstration account.

Challenges

Property messages in Arabic are written in many informal ways, so extracted fields are always shown for review rather than saved automatically. Public share links also had to expose a listing without leaking owner or client details.

Our Role

JK Software Solutions built the application and its API, the accounts and sessions, the AI text and voice intake, the map and sharing features, the administration area, and the production deployment on a Linux VPS.
