The Challenge

Inspection teams need to capture site evidence, compare issues against Saudi Building Code requirements, coordinate engineers and partner organizations, and deliver clear reports without losing context between field work and office review.

Our Solution

The platform combines a client-facing request flow, engineer work queues, partner organization management, AI-assisted image review, and administrative oversight. Key capabilities include: - Inspection request intake and status tracking - Multi-role dashboards for clients, engineers, partners, and admins - AI-assisted image analysis for visual issue review - Violation and observation tracking against inspection requirements - Engineer assignment and partner organization workflows - PDF-ready reporting with Arabic support - Secure authentication and role-based access control

Objectives

Centralize inspection requests, support Arabic/English users, speed up issue review with AI-assisted image analysis, keep every role in a dedicated dashboard, and generate report-ready inspection outputs.

Outcomes

The result is a production-style inspection operations platform prepared for bilingual field workflows, structured reporting, and controlled multi-role access. No public live demo is exposed for this case study.

Challenges

The sensitive part of this work was keeping inspection evidence, AI output, role permissions, and report data aligned so each user only sees the right operational context.
