Educational printing workflows involve teachers, templates, print shops, delivery status, QR-coded materials, wallets, and administrative oversight. Managing those steps manually makes it difficult to know where each order stands.

EduPrint connects teacher order creation, QR code generation, print-shop assignment, production tracking, admin dashboards, delivery workflows, and background notifications.

Create a complete workflow where teachers can submit print orders, print shops can receive assigned work, and administrators can track templates, production, delivery, wallets, and notifications.

The result is an EdTech operations platform for controlled educational printing, status tracking, QR-coded materials, and role-based production management.

The challenge was coordinating several operational roles and production states while keeping each user focused only on the actions they need.
