The Challenge
A system can be technically correct and still be hard to use. Crowded screens, unclear steps, and an Arabic layout that was simply mirrored lead to mistakes, support requests, and users who avoid the product.
Our Approach
We design from the task: what the user is trying to finish on each screen, and what can be removed. We produce the screen flow first, then the visual design, and we design Arabic and English together so neither feels secondary. Because the same team builds the product, designs are practical to implement and stay consistent after development.
